Is this you?

Perhaps you're no longer fitting into the image you’ve always held of yourself.

Life has a habit of changing us. Sometimes gradually. Sometimes overnight.

Perhaps life looks different from how you imagined it would; you may look as though you're coping on the outside, while quietly wondering: 'Who am I now?

Relationships change. Children grow up. Careers evolve. Health issues, loss, recovery or simply the passing of time can leave us wondering who we are now. what once fitted no longer does.

You know something needs to change, but you're not quite sure what that looks like.

You don't need someone to tell you what to do.

Sometimes you simply need a safe, compassionate space where you can slow down, hear yourself think again, and begin to discover what this next chapter could become.

A calm, mindful space to explore change, uncertainty and the next chapter of your life.

How I work

I believe every person already holds the wisdom they need. My role isn't to tell you how to live your life, but to walk alongside you as you rediscover your own clarity, confidence and direction.

My approach is warm, collaborative and holistic.

Together we might explore:

  • life transitions and midlife change

  • relationships and family dynamics

  • confidence and self-worth

  • grief, loss and uncertainty

  • recovery after trauma

  • creativity as a way of reconnecting with yourself

  • finding meaning and purpose in the next chapter of your life

With more than thirty years' experience as a person-centred counsellor and psychotherapist, I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience to my coaching.

If you're wondering whether coaching is right for you, I offer a free 30 minute introductory Zoom conversation.

There's no pressure and no obligation.

Just an opportunity for us to meet, explore what's bringing you here, and see whether we feel we're a good fit.

I offer a sliding scale for people on a low income and students.

Areas I can support you with:

Relationship, control and finding your voice.

Sometimes it can be difficult to know what is happening inside a relationship, particularly when you have gradually become accustomed to putting your own needs, feelings or judgement aside.

I support women who are questioning whether a relationship feels safe, equal or healthy, including those experiencing controlling or coercive behaviour, emotional abuse, difficult relationship transitions, or the process of rebuilding life afterwards.

My role is not to tell you what to do. I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space in which you can make sense of your experience, reconnect with your own voice and agency, and consider what you want your next steps to be.

I am continuing professional development in the areas of domestic abuse and coercive control and, where specialist or urgent support is needed, I will always encourage appropriate specialist help.

Sober living and life in recovery

Living without alcohol can open up a whole new life, but it can also bring unfamiliar emotions, changing relationships and questions about who you are without the old coping mechanisms.

I support women who are building a sober life, whether they are newly alcohol-free, established in recovery, or simply questioning their relationship with alcohol.

My approach is non-judgemental and person-centred. I can offer space to explore identity, relationships, confidence, boundaries, emotional sobriety and the practical business of creating a life that feels worth staying present for.

Coaching is not a substitute for medical treatment, detox support or a recovery fellowship, but it can sit alongside those things and help you make sense of the wider changes sobriety brings.
